Unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to cancellations. As I am committed to providing a high-quality experience for all clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows prevent others from attending and disrupt session planning. If you do not attend your scheduled group session, the full session fee will still apply.
If you need to reschedule, this can be arranged provided you give at least 24 hours notice.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session within the 24-hour period, you will have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring your booking to another session.
